Requirements

  • Confidence with customers / Customer service
  • Office 365 configuration and administration
  • VMware
  • Datto
  • Documentation and CRM experience preferred
  • Firewalls & Networking
  • Active Directory
  • Servers & Storage
  • Service Desk tools and IT Documentation
  • Installation and maintenance
  • 1-2+ years’ experience within IT support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or software engineering
  • Master Certified Electronics Technician (CETma)

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Maths GCSE

Experience

Two years’ experience working with computer systems.
