Pisys.Net is pleased to announce that Jason Fleming has joined the team as Network Support Engineer. Based near Inverness, Jason will be responsible for providing first-line response to all clients in the north of Scotland, as well as offering remote support to clients across the UK.
With over 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles, Jason brings a wealth of expertise to the role. His background includes providing helpdesk support for the Metropolitan Police and delivering customer service in a retail environment for companies such as Comet and Maplin Electronics.
“I have learned over my time in IT support that effective communication is key,” said Jason. “Tailoring the conversation to the client’s level of technical understanding is crucial. There is no need to use technical jargon when it’s not necessary, and we should avoid oversimplifying things when dealing with clients who have technical expertise. This approach breaks down barriers and enables us to find solutions more efficiently.”
Jason’s approach to problem-solving is straightforward: “I always ask, ‘what do we do when it goes wrong?’ Once I have the answer, I can start to work on finding a resolution or identifying areas that need improvement.”
With Jason on board, Pisys.Net is well positioned to enhance its technical support capabilities and provide even better customer service to its clients.
